High school girl ends up living under same roof with "prince" of her school
The May issue of Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine announced on Saturday that Ayu Watanabe's shōjo manga L DK is inspiring a film. The magazine will reveal more details in the next issue on May 13.
The manga follows Aoi, a high school girl who lives by herself. Through one circumstance after another, she ends up living under the same roof with the "prince" of her school, Shūsei. (The manga's title is a wordplay on "LDK," the abbreviation for "living room, dining room, kitchen" in Japanese apartment ads.)
Watanabe launched the manga in 2009, and Kodansha will publish the 12th compiled book volume on May 13.
