Yotsuba&! Manga Has Over 10 Million in Print

Kiyohiko Azuma's popular manga Yotsuba&! has over 10 million copies in print with the release of the 12th volume last Saturday. It has been one year and three months since Volume 11 came out, and 10 years since it began running in Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine in January 2003.
Yotsuba&! is a slice-of-life story about a cheerful 5-year-old named Yotsuba Koiwai and her everyday adventures as she has many first experiences in daily life. With her free spirit and curiosity, she touches the hearts of the people around her. Yotsuba and her adoptive father begin their story from summer vacation, when they move to a new city next to the Ayase family. In volume 12, Yotsuba experiences her first Halloween and camping with her father's friend Jumbo, his upperclassman Yanda, and three Ayase sisters.
