Kaworu Watashiya Draws 4 New Chibi to Boku Manga Pages
posted on by Joanne Mertz
Kaworu Watashiya drew a new four-page installment of her four-panel manga Chibi to Boku for the March issue of Takeshobo's Manga Club magazine.
The manga follows a white cat named Chibi with the traits of an Imperial Court noble (shown by the two spots above his eyes styled like Heian-period eyebrows) and the doting owner, a high school student named Kenji. Manga Life Original started the serialization of the work in 1999, and Takeshobo published a total of 10 volumes. A five-volume collector's edition began publishing last December, with two volumes already on sale.
100 readers of the magazine can win an exclusive Chiba to Boku handbag through a drawing by filling out an application form attached to the March issue and sending it in by February 22.
