Kingdom's 2nd Anime Series to Premiere This June

1st anime based on Yasuhisa Hara's historical manga ending in February after 38 episodes
Japanese public broadcaster NHK announced on Wednesday that the second Kingdom anime series will premiere this June on the BS Premium channel. The second series set in China's Warring States Period will run every Saturday at 11:45 p.m.
The original manga has been running in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine since 2006, and the 29th volume will ship in Japan next month.
The first anime series based on Yasuhisa Hara's historical manga premiered last June and is ending after 38 episodes in February. Funimation has been streaming the first series in North America.
