1st Love Live! DVD/Blu-ray to Bundle Text Story

The first Love Live! Blu-Ray Disc volume will bundle an exclusive text story by Love Live! creator Sakurako Kimino.
According to retailers, the series will be released in seven volumes that include packaging drawn by character designer and animation director Asako Nishida. The first volume includes an advance ticket application for the "μ's 3rd Live" event on June 16 at the Pacifico Yokohama convention center, the μ's Original Song CD 1 featuring the character song for Honoka Kōsaka (Emi Nitta), an 8-page booklet, and an exclusive "Loveca+" card.
Video extras include "Mo Gyotto! Love Live!" special program, promotional videos and commercials, and the clean opening anime sequence. The Animate store chain also offers a Bibi box to hold future volumes with art featuring the characters Maki, Niko, and Eri. Bibi is a mini-group within Love Live!.
The first Blu-ray release goes on sale on March 22.
The Love Live! School idol project anime premiered last Sunday. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan. NIS America licensed the series for North America.
