NIS America Still Holds Rights to Previous Atelier Titles

NIS America's marketing director Ryan Phillips confirmed with Siliconera that the company still holds the publishing rights to the previous Atelier titles.
The titles are not currently available at the online NIS America store, but Phillips stated that this was not due to a loss of publishing rights. "In regards to our online store, we actually are just completely out of stock at the moment of all the previous Atelier games. If we do a reprint/reorder of the games we previously put out with us as publisher, we will still be the publisher."
NIS America previously released Atelier Meruru, Atelier Totori, and Atelier Rorona games.
The ESRB lists the publisher of the fourth title in Gust's Atelier series, Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk, as Tecmo KOEI.
