Evangelion: 3.0 Earns Over 4.1 Billion Yen

As of Wednesday, the Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo (Evangelion Shin Gekijō-ban Q) film has earned 4.17 billion yen (about US$49.9 million) since the film opened on November 17. The film ranked at #4 at the box office during its fourth weekend.
The film's earnings now surpass the total unadjusted box office earnings for 2009's Evangelion: 2.0 You Can [Not] Advance film, which earned 4 billion yen (about US$43 million in 2009).
