Young male lead battles others in gasoline-powered robots
The Facebook page for the robot battle anime Kakutō Jyūki Aragane began streaming a promotional video and commercial this past week. Aragane is a joint project between Planet Entertainment (Ozma) and fledgling studio Wonder Creators. The original story is credited to HIROx2. (The head of Wonder Creators is The Galaxy Railways and Ozma producer Hiroshi Kon.)
In the story, a boy fights in a gasoline-engine robot to save his town's factory from the brink of bankruptcy. The anime's media format has yet to be revealed, nor the staff and cast.
