Naoshi Komi's Nisekoi Manga Joins Shonen Jump Alpha Lineup

Hisashi Sasaki, deputy director of the Shonen Manga Group and former editor-in-chief of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, posted on his Twitter account on Monday that Naoshi Komi's Nisekoi romantic comedy manga will join the lineup for Viz Media's Shonen Jump Alpha digital anthology starting in two weeks.
Komi, the creator of the Double Arts manga, first made Nisekoi as a one-shot manga in Shueisha's seasonal Jump NEXT! magazine in 2011. Komi then launched the manga as a regular series in the main Shonen Jump magazine in November 2011. Shonen Jump's English website describes the story:
Raku Ichijou may be the heir to a yakuza group, but he's a normal high school kid who dreams of peace and quiet. However, when he meets super-hot but violent transfer student Chitoge Kirisaki, his life takes a sharp turn for the worse!
Shueisha published the manga's fourth compiled volume earlier this month. The manga's first chapter is available in English on Weekly Shonen Jump's website.
