Kaiji Kawaguchi's New Manga Titled Zipang: Shinsō Kairyū

The new manga series that Kaiji Kawaguchi (Eagle, Zipang, The Silent Service) is launching in the January 2013 issue of Kodansha's Morning magazine is titled Zipang: Shinsō Kairyū (Zipang: Deep Blue Current). Despite the title, Morning has not made a direct connection between this new series and Kawaguchi's earlier Zipang series.
The new series will launch on December 6 with an extended 56-page chapter and a color opening page.
