Mass Effect Feature to Play in 6 N. American Theaters in November

North American anime distributor Funimation announced on Thursday that the Mass Effect: Paragon Lost feature will play for one night only on November 29 in six cities across North America:
- Anthology Film Archives in New York City
- 4-Star Theatre in San Francisco
- Metro Cinema at the Garneauin Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
- Texas Theatre in Dallas
- Geeksboro Coffeehouse Cinema in Greensboro, North Carolina
- Downtown Independent in Los Angeles
The first 20 attendees at each theater will receive a free T-shirt.
Funimation and T.O. Entertainment announced plans for the BioWare game adaptation last year. The feature screened at New York Comic Con last month.
According to Funimation, Mass Effect: Paragon Lost "follows the early career of Alliance Marine, James Vega. Vega leads an elite Special Forces squad into battle against a mysterious alien threat known as The Collectors. Stationed at a colony in a remote star system, Vega and his soldiers must protect the civilians from a ruthless invasion determined to capture the population for unknown purposes."
The feature will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on December 28.
