James Cameron to Work on The Informationist Film After Avatar

The entertainment trade magazine Variety reported on Tuesday that director James Cameron (Terminator, Aliens, Titanic) will direct The Informationist film based on a book by Taylor Stevens after he finishes directing the two sequels to his Avatar film.
Cameron had once said he would work on a live-action adaptation of Yukito Kishiro's Battle Angel Alita manga after he directed those two sequels, but he more recently said that the film would not happen "for a few years."
