Kick-Heart Named Kickstarter of the Day

The Kickstarter website selected Production I.G and Masaaki Yuasa's Kick-Heart anime fundraiser as its Project of the Day. As of Friday at 11:00 p.m. EDT, the project has raised US$118,344 of its US$150,000 goal. The anime's Kickstarter initiative will end on October 31.
Production I.G and Yuasa will extend the planned 10-minute short to 40 minutes if US$400,000 is raised by the deadline. The project's page was updated with two new images and a "Meet the Kick-Heart Staff" video on Tuesday.
