New Seitokai no Ichizon Anime's Title Listed

The official Ebiten anime website posted a banner that listed the title of the new Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council's Discretion) anime as "Seitokai no Ichizon Lv. 2." However the banner image is no longer hosted on the site.
A contest to name the new Seitokai no Ichizon anime was announced in July. The final title was to be revealed in the premiere episode of the anime itself.
The series will premiere on the streaming website niconico (formerly Nico Nico Douga) on October 13 at 11:30 p.m. in Japan (10:30 a.m. EDT), and it will run every Saturday. The media-distribution website Crunchyroll streamed the first anime series outside Japan in 2010.
