4th Yamato 2199 Anime Film Slated for January 12

The official website for the the Space Battleship Yamato 2199 television anime series and film project revealed on Thursday that the fourth film will open in theaters in Japan on January 12, 2013. The fourth film, titled Ginga Henkyō no Kōbō (The Remote Area of the Galaxy's Offense and Defense), is composed of episodes 11-14 of this Space Battleship Yamato remake.
The third film, which is composed of episodes 7-10, will open in 10 theaters in Japan on October 13.
