1+ Million Bakemonogatari/Nisemonogatari DVD/BDs Sold

Kodansha's web announcement for its Nisemonogatari Anime Complete Guidebook notes that over one million DVDs and Blu-ray Discs have been sold of the Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari series combined. The publisher's Kodansha Box imprint is releasing the book with staff and cast interviews, a set of exclusive short stories by NisiOisin, a collection of illustrations by prominent artists, a look back at Nisemonogatari's 11 episodes, and bonus extras.
