Fuji TV, Illumination Entertainment Form Partnership

Japan's Fuji TV and America's Illumination Entertainment (Despicable Me, Dr. Seuss' The Lorax) announced on Wednesday that they formed a strategic partnership for collaborating on future projects to be revealed later. The partnership begins with Despicable Me's Minion characters appearing in the Fuji TV logo in the next Bayside Shakedown (Odoru Daisōsasen) film. The Minion characters were previously used to promote the Inazuma Eleven: Saikyō Gundan Ogre Shūrai anime film, although the Inazuma Eleven television runs on another station, TV Tokyo.
