posted on by Egan Loo
Manga creator Enokids announced on Tuesday that a television anime adaptation of his four-panel online romantic comedy manga Kotoura-san has been green-lit. The school fantasy story follows Haruka Kotoura, a girl who recently transfered to a new school. Kotoura happens to be able to read people's minds, and she joins the school's ESP Club.
Masahiko Ohta (Minami-ke, Mitsudomoe, Yuruyuri) is directing the anime at the studio AIC Classic. Takashi Aoshima (Minami-ke, Mitsudomoe, Yuruyuri) is in charge of the series scripts, while Takaharu Ōkuma (Mitsudomoe, Hanaukyo Maid-tai) is serving as the character designer and chief animation director.
The manga has been running on Micro Magazine's website Manga Goccha (Manga Got a Chance), and Micro Magazine is publishing the third book volume next month.
Update: More information added.
