Cowboy Bebop BD Box to Include Novel, Ein Picture Drama

The official website for the Cowboy Bebop anime series has announced that the series will be receiving a Blu-ray Disc boxset release on December 21. The set will be sold as a regular edition for 26,250 yen (about US$334), a limited edition for 36,750 yen (about US$468), and an Amazon-limited edition for 42,000 yen (about US$534).
Included in the limited editions will be a novel written specifically for the boxset by lead Bebop script writer Keiko Nobumoto, as well as a "Ein's Summer Vacation" picture drama. Other extras include collections of production materials, audio commentaries, and bonus footage included in various other releases of the series. The Amazon edition of the box will also come with postcards, a poster, and the bonus "Future Blues" DVD.
