Current president Haru Akenaga will step down from the position after establishing the company in December 2003. Akenaga will explore other opportunities in Japan.

The company has since licensed more than 20 television anime series in North America, including Katanagatari, Kimi ni Todoke, anohana, and Bunny Drop. The company is based in Santa Ana, California.
