Sailor Moon/Kanon actress pursues dream after 30th anniversary as professional, earthquake
Voice actress Yūko Minaguchi (Sailor Moon's Sailor Saturn, Kanon's Akiko Minase) announced on Saturday that she is taking a break from her work to study abroad this fall. She explained that it has been her dream to live in another country and learn to speak English well. She made her decision last summer after reaching her 30th anniversary as a professional voice actress, producing her first theatrical play, and being affected by last year's Great Eastern Japan Earthquake (Higashi Nihon Daishinsai) disaster.
