posted on by Egan Loo
This year's 27th issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine is announcing on Wednesday that the 20th-anniversary reprint of Yōzaburō Kanari and Fumiya Sato's Kindaichi Case Files (Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo) detective manga will bundle two original anime DVDs. The limited edition of the third and fourth volumes will include the two-part anime adaptation of the manga's Kuromajutsu Satsujin Jiken (Black Magic Murder Case) story arc. The two volumes will ship on December 17, 2012 and March 15, 2012.
The manga already inspired a television anime series and several film and video spinoffs. Tokyopop published part of the manga in North America.
