Go Nagai's Kekko Kamen Reborn Film Trailer Posted

The Japanese film news website Cinema Today began streaming a trailer on Monday for the new live-action adaptation of Gō Nagai's original Kekko Kamen manga, titled Kekko Kamen Reborn. Adult video actress Aino Kishi will star as the film's title character, a young heroine who wears nothing but a red mask, boots, gloves, and a scarf.

The story of the original manga revolves around a student named Mayumi Takahashi who transfers to a high school that is known for its perverted teachers who sexually harass the female students. However, the masked heroine Kekko Kamen comes to the rescue of the harassed students.
Nagai's original manga previously inspired an original video anime (OVA) and several live-action films. The North American distributor ADV Films released the OVA in April 2008. Media Blasters released the Kekko-Kamen, Kekko Kamen: The MGF Strikes Back!, and Kekko Kamen Surprise! live-action films in North America in 2005.
The new film will premiere at the Ginza Cine Pathos theater in Tokyo's Ginza district on June 2.
