Anime Contents Expo Draws 41,628 Over 2 Days

20,848 people attended the second day of Anime Contents Expo (ACE) in Makuhari, Chiba on Sunday. Combined with Saturday's attendance of 20,780, that gives the event's inaugural outing a total turnstile attendance of 41,628. (Separate tickets are sold for each day.)
ACE had sold 50,801 tickets in advance, and it sold out its allotment of tickets available onsite within an hour of doors opening on Sunday. 133 members of the press covered the event on Saturday, and 149 covered the event on Sunday.
Tokyo International Anime Fair attracted 31,549 and 42,624 people during its two public days a week earlier in a larger venue at Tokyo Big Sight.
