Madman To Release Card Captor Sakura and Rozen Maiden Overture

Madman Entertainment will re-release the magical girl anime Card Captor Sakura in two uncut, subtitle-only DVD collections with the first to be released this July. Card Captor Sakura, about a young girl who accidentally unseals a deck of magical cards and seeks them out with the help of her friends, was created by the popular all-female mangaka group CLAMP, who reused some of its characters in the recently-concluded manga Tsubasa, RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE.
Madman previously held the rights to the dubbed Cardcaptors version of the series and stated in its announcement that the series is one of the most highly requested by fans.
Also coming out in July will be the Rozen Maiden OVA series Rozen Maiden Overture. Both episodes will be released as a single collection.
