Nico Nico Seiga Begins Hosting User-Submitted Manga

"Nico Nico Manga," a subsection of the Nico Nico Seiga image sharing website that hosts user-submitted manga along with officially-serialized titles, was launched on Tuesday by Niwango, the company responsible for operating Nico Nico Seiga and the Nico Nico Douga video website. Nico Nico Seiga is currently divided into sections for illustrations, manga, and electronic books.
Similar to the Nico Nico Douga website, the site has a feature where scrolling comments can be displayed over each page of manga. Sound can also be added to manga titles. Users must be subscribed to the company's premium membership service in order to upload their manga to the site.
The six-part manga adaptation of the Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition game will be posted for free on Nico Nico Manga, starting on March 16.
