Akira's Katsuhiro Otomo Cancels French Festival Appearance

France's Fête de l'anim' festival announced that manga creator and anime director Katsuhiro Ōtomo will not be attending the festival as planned due to his work load. He was scheduled to preview his "Hi no Yōjin" ("Combustible"), a new animated short film that he has been making for release this year.
