Tatsunoko Names Shuichirō Tanaka as New President

Anime studio Tatsunoko Production announced that as of April 1 of this year, current managing director Shuichirō Tanaka will take the role of the company's president. He will take the place of Keita Satō, who was appointed to the position in June 2010, and who will be moved to other positions within Takara Tomy, the parent company of Tatsunoko. After Sato, Tanaka will be the second Tatsunoko president in a row to have come from Takara Tomy after the company acquired 88% of Tatsunoko's stock in 2005.
