Transformers Japanese Set's Replacement Discs Offered

The Shout! Factory website issued a notice on Wednesday to all customers who purchased the Transformers Japanese Collection DVD set after complaints were received regarding errors in the subtitling on a few episodes in the set. According to the email, Shout! Factory will manufacture two replacement discs. The disks will automatically ship to anyone who purchased the set from the website. Shout! Factory is also in the process of correcting their warehouse inventory to prevent errors in future runs.
