2011 FMA Film to Get N. American Theatrical Release on 100+ Screens

Eleven Arts confirmed on Tuesday that it will screen the Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos film in theaters in North America this winter. Eleven Arts will screen the film in more than 100 theaters. Fans can request that the film be brought to their city on the Eventful website.
Funimation revealed the film's dub cast on Friday, and also noted that the company plans to release the four Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood OAVs that were originally released with the Japanese DVD and Blu-ray Disc volumes, along with the "Fullmetal Four-Panel Comic Theater" shorts.
Directed by Kazuya Murata, the Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos film premiered in Japan on July 2. Murata appeared at Otakon 2011 in July for the North American premiere of the film. Funimation announced its license of the film in May, and it plans to release the film on DVD and Blu-ray Disc in spring 2012.
