Bandai Entertainment's Scrapped Princess License Expired

The North American anime distributor Bandai Entertainment revealed at its Nan Desu Kan panel on Saturday that its license for the Scrapped Princess anime series has expired, and the company added that it is not pursuing a renewal. Bandai Entertainment released this 2003 fantasy anime from director Sōichi Masui and the studio Bones between 2005 and 2006, and then released a complete collection (pictured right) in 2007.
