5th International Manga Award Launched

Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched the 5th International Manga Award competition last week. The award's executive committee is accepting submissions from any country from July 21 to August 31.
A total of 189 entries were submitted from 39 countries in the 4th International Manga Award competition last year. Xiao Bai won last year's competition with Si loin et si proche ("So Far, Yet So Close").
