2011 Fullmetal Alchemist Film's Special Footage Streamed

The Mainichi Shimbun paper's Mantan Web site began streaming 78 seconds of special footage from the Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos (Fullmetal Alchemist: Milos no Sei-Naru Hoshi) movie. The footage revolves around the story of Julia, the film's heroine voiced by Maaya Sakamoto. In particular, the footage includes scenes from the last half of the film.
Kazuya Murata (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion assistant director) is directing off a script by Yūichi Shimpo (Whiteout). Kenichi Konishi (Tokyo Godfathers) is adapting the character designs from Hiromu Arakawa's original manga at the studio Bones (Eureka Seven). The film opened in Japan on July 2.
