Jump X Magazine's Manga Creator Lineup Listed

On Thursday, the Japanese publisher Shueisha confirmed the manga creators who will contribute to Jump X, the new monthly magazine that is launching on June 25. (The magazine title's "X" is pronounced "kai," the Japanese suffix for something that has been updated or improved.) Tomoko Ninomiya will launch a new manga series in the magazine's inaugural issue, after she ended her Nodame Cantabile manga. Shueisha will reveal the new manga's title and story in the near future.

The other creators will include:

• O-shitai Moshiagemasu by Yukizō Saku (Hakuba no Ōji-sama)
• Kanome wa Pompadour by Ken'ichi Satou + Nao Kurebayashi (Jō-ō)
• Untitled work by Daisuke Matsuhashi
• Bathroom Kitan by Yōko Nemu (Gozen 3-ji no Kiken Chitai)
• Watashi wa Rikyū by Hikari Hayakawa (Edomae Sushi Shokunin Kirara no Shigoto) + Renda-Hitori
• Renai Hannō by Wataru Murayama (Kare to Kanojo no (Otaku) 2)
• Untitled work by Peco Watanabe (Niko Tama)
• Grecia Shinwa Gekijō by Kōgō to Hitobito no Hibi by Kōsuke Masuda (Gag Manga Biyori)
