posted on by Egan Loo
The official website of the 30-sai no Hoken Taiiku (Health and Physical Education for 30-Year-Olds) television anime series announced on Wednesday evening that the live-action "Inokori! 30-sai no Hoken Taiiku" segments of the program will be discontinued "for various reasons." The first and second anime segments will run back-to-back on the BS11 satellite channel on April 15 at midnight, the scheduled timeslot for the second episode. From episode 3 onward, two anime segments will run back-to-back in the same fashion.
In addition, the live-action "Inokori! 30-sai no Hoken Taiiku" segments have been removed from the listings of the anime's first two Blu-ray Disc and DVD volumes, which will ship on June 24 and July 22.
The anime adapts Mitsuba and Ichijinsha's guide book of the same name, which is aimed at men in their 30s who have not experienced romance or sex with women yet. The goddess of sensual love appears before the main character one day and teaches him how to get rid of his virginity.
