posted on by Egan Loo
TV Tokyo began streaming a new 30-second "Prince and Yukitaka" promotional video for the television anime adaptation of the Level E manga on Friday. Yoshihiro Togashi (Hunter X Hunter, Yu Yu Hakusho) created this story about "Prince" (Daisuke Namikawa), an alien who shares an apartment with a high school freshman named Yukitaka Tsutsui (Yoshimasa Hosoya). The cast includes Takehito Koyasu (Craft), Satomi Akesaka (Miho Edogawa), Masaya Takatsuka (Sado), Takumi Asahina (Corinne), and Fumihiko Tachiki (Narrator). Studio Pierrot and david production are co-producing the project for a January 10 premiere in Japan.
The official website for the live-action film adaptation of Kazune Kawahara's High School Debut (Kōkō Debut) shōjo manga is streaming a teaser trailer. In this high school romantic comedy, a girl named Haruna (fashion model Ito Ōno) recruits a boy named Yoh (Junpei Mizobata) to remake her image and get a boyfriend. Under Yoh's "coaching," Haruna transforms from a softball-playing tomboy to a feminine girl. However, Yoh adds one catch to their agreement: Haruna cannot fall in love with Yoh himself. The film will open in Japan on April 1.
