Crunchyroll to Simulcast Dragon Crisis! Fantasy Anime

Crunchyroll has added the Dragon Crisis! anime to its simulcast lineup page. The first episode will be available to paid subscribers starting on January 10, 2011, and the series will be 12 episodes long. According to the press release issued by the company, the show will be unedited and will be accessible to users in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Portugal. The episodes will air two hours after their Japanese premieres.
Dragon Crisis! is based on the light novel series of the same name written by Kizaki Kaya and illustrated by Akata Itsuki. The adaptation was first revealed this past July. The series' story revolves around a high school boy named Ryūji who attempts to rescue a girl from black-market dealers, only to discover that she is, in fact, a dragon. She immediately becomes fixated by Ryūji, who continues to protect her.
