Kimi ni Todoke's 2nd Anime Season to Air Next January

The November issue of Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret magazine is announcing on its cover next Wednesday that the second season of the Kimi ni Todoke television anime series has been green-lit. The new season will premiere next January on the NTV network in Japan. The live-action film adaptation of Karuho Shiina's original manga is already playing in Japan.
The November issue of Bessatsu Margaret is also announcing the cast of the live-action film version of Kazune Kawahara's High School Debut manga.
Director Seiji Mizushima had said during a live commentary for the September re-airing of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Special Edition: Celestial Being that his Gundam 00 assistant director Kenji Nagasaki is busy storyboarding more Kimi ni Todoke.
