Otakon Announces Early 2010 Attendee Count, 2011 Dates

The Otakon 2010 convention has announced that the July 30 - August 1 event had an unofficial unique attendance tally of 28,044 members, or 29,274 including all staff and dealers. The parent organization Otakorp reported that 26,586 members attended the 2009 convention, while 26,262 members attended Otakon in 2008 at the same venue.
Otakon 2011 will be held in Baltimore from July 29 to 31.
