Aniplex America Launches Gurren Lagann Movie Website

Aniplex of America, Inc. has launched a website under the domain name gurrenlagannthemovieusa.com. At this time, Aniplex has no comment regarding the website.
Aniplex previously premiered the English-subbed first part of Gainax's theatrical remake of its Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann robot action anime series, Gurren Lagann the Movie –Childhood's End-, at Anime Expo in July 2009. The Viz Cinema theater in San Francisco then held the American premiere of the second film, Gurren Lagann The Movie 2: The Lights in the Sky are Stars, in November. Bandai Entertainment brought the original television series to North America on DVD, as well as on the Sci Fi Channel (through Manga Entertainment).
