All In-House ANN Videos Now Streaming at High Quality

All in-house videos at ANN are now streaming at high-quality mode for everyone, permanently. That means videos are effectively at DVD-quality at 480-progressive resolution with higher bitrates. Some videos, such as highly kinetic opening sequences, will be re-encoded soon to take advantage of the higher bitrates.
