The official fansite for The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya franchise has begun streaming the 30-second teaser trailer that announced next spring's The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya (Suzumiya Haruhi no Shōshitsu) film on Friday. The same trailer is also available on the Kadokawa Anime Channel on the YouTube website.
Funimation posted the preview of its English dubbing of Soul Eater, which it screened at New York Anime Festival last month, on funimation.com and YouTube on Thursday. Funimation announced its acquisition of Takuya Igarashi and BONES' anime adaptation of Atsushi Ohkubo's Soul Eater supernatural action manga last December.
The official website of Kodansha's Evening magazine will stream a promotional video for the anime adaptation of Yoko Nihonbashi's Shōjo Fight volleyball manga next Tuesday. The anime will ship with the special edition of the sixth manga volume on October 23. Nihonbashi herself is writing the script for the anime, and Prodution I.G is animating it. The soundtrack will feature the voice cast from the manga's drama CD version and a theme song from BLiSTAR, a musical act making its Japanese debut this fall through Ariola Japan.
