Isshoni Training Anime Planned, Written, Funded by 1 Man

Not-So-Daily Link of the Day: GyaO's Trend News website interviewed Muneshige Nakagawa, the man who started his own company to make an anime exercise training video that has sold over 10,000 copies so far. Nakagawa's company Primastea describes Isshoni Training: Training with Hinako as the "first muscle training animation ever."
Nakagawa confirmed that he planned, wrote, and funded the entire project himself. He said that he wanted to try a difficult venture that "no one would be stupid enough to do." He started planning the project over a year ago, but he just founded the company last August. The actual animation, sound, and other elements of production took only about three months to make from January to March.
Nakagawa also tried to explain the unusual premise of the anime, in which the 16-year-old character Hinako was once human — until she was transformed into an anime character when she was in middle school. Nakagawa said that Hinako was an anime fan who wanted to enter the world of anime, and her dream came true thanks to an "unknown power."
