Kupū~!! Mamegoma! Anime Promo Movie Streamed

Palm-sized seal character from Kogepan, Afro Ken creators gets TV anime

The official website for the Kupū~!! Mamegoma! anime adaptation of San-X's Mamegoma seal character has posted a 16-second promotional movie. The story revolves around a palm-sized seal named Mameta, the other seals (Cherry-chan, Soda-kun, Lemon-chan, Candy-chan), and the Mamekawa family that raises the seals. The television series premiered in Japan on January 10. The San-X design and marketing firm also created the Nyan Nyan Nyanko ("meow meow kittens" in everyday foods), Kogepan ("Burnt Bread"), and Afro Ken ("afro-haired dog") characters — the latter two have already been made into anime.
