Kaitō Tenshi Twin Angel Creators Hint at 'New Project'

The creators of the video anime based on the Kaitō Tenshi Twin Angel slot machine game hinted at a "new project" after the anime's release event in Tokyo on November 9. Immediately after the event officially ended, the event planners surprised the audience with a "Twin Angel?" video. The video showed characters who appeared in Monako Sena's manga in Kadokawa Shoten's Comp Ace magazine. The profiled characters and their voice actresses were the new heroine Kurumi Hazuki (Rie Kugimiya) and the twin antagonists Tesla (Yui Horie) and Nine Violet (Ryōka Yuzuki). Tesla and Nine Violet had only just debuted as the Twin Phantom characters in the manga two weeks earlier in October. The Zak Zak website reports that the event also indicated that the antagonist character Black Trader (Rikiya Koyama) and the character Tenshi-chan (singer Saori Sakura) will debut as well.

The anime is based on the characters created for a pachi-slo game machine (a slot machine designed for pachinko parlors in Japan). It features the voice actresses Yukari Tamura as Haruka "Red Angel" Minazuki and Mamiko Noto as Aoi "Blue Angel" Kannazuki.
