Dolly Variety Show to Combine Ikemen Cast, "Doll Movies"

Not-So-Daily Link of the Day: Dolly Variety, a new variety program with ikemen (handsome male) voice actors that will premiere in Japan on October 2, will combine talk show segments with "doll movie" animation. The voice cast of Showtaro Morikubo (Amatsuki, Major 4th Season), Takuma Terashima (Aquarion, Bleach, Zoku Sayonara Zetsubō Sensei), Yūki Kaji (Over Drive, Kuroshitsuji, Yozakura Quartet), and others will devote part of the show to open discussion. The remainder of the program will be "slapstick comedy and drama" bits, as animated with "Visual Dolls" from the dollmaker WiZ.
WiZ and the production company Vantan Content Tracks are working with the Internet service provider NEC BIGLOBE on the project. Each episode will run on BIGLOBE's Internet streaming service for free a day after its broadcast premiere.
