Live-Action Initial D Film Selling on iTunes Store

The live-action film adaptation of Shuuichi Shigeno's car-racing manga is now available in the online iTunes Store in the United States. Andrew Lau (Infernal Affairs, The Stormriders) directed this 2005 joint Hong Kong/Japanese production. Taiwanese actor Jay Chou stars as the high school student Takumi Fujiwara who learns drift-racing while delivering tofu for his family business. The film is also available in the United States on DVD, UMD, and Blu-ray Disc, and it ran on the AZN Television network last year.
