My-Hime's Hisayuki Also Draws for Soul Calibur IV

The August issue (on sale on July 10) of Kadokawa Shoten's Newtype magazine will announce that My-HiME character designer Hirokazu Hisayuki has designed the new character Kamikirimusi for Namco Bandai's upcoming Soul Calibur IV fighting game. Kamikirimusi will join the ax-wielding puppet Ashlotte from Oh! great (Tenjho Tenge, Air Gear), the sword-fighter Shura from Hiroya Oku (Gantz, HEN), the rapier-wielding Scheherazade from Yutaka Izubuchi (Lodoss, RahXephon), the Lucifer Spear bearer Angol Fear from Mine Yoshizaki (Sgt. Frog, ArcadeGamer FUBUKI), and Darth Vader and Yoda from the American Star Wars films. Namco Bandai plans to ship Soul Calibur IV worldwide this summer on the Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3 game consoles.
Bandai Entertainment released the My-HiME anime and several of its spinoffs in North America.
