More of EXILE Song & Dance Unit's Examurai Anime Announced

The Exile song and dance performance unit announced on Tuesday that more of Examurai, the anime that features the seven unit members as characters, is in production. The story recasts the members as samurai surviving in a near future when Japan has been reduced to ruins. The Exile Entertainment Best compilation CD will include a special extra DVD with the "Roppongi Jigoku no Shō" ("Roppongi Hell Chapter") anime when it ships in July. There are also plans to make anime for television broadcast and theatrical release, but no date has been set yet.
In the meantime, the Examurai prologue (the short that was included with Exile's Love album on a special extra DVD last year) will be distributed free of charge on Yahoo! Movies Japan from April 29 until May 31. (The streaming service required a Japanese Internet address and Microsoft Windows with recent versions of Internet Explorer and player software.)
