posted on by Egan Loo
The official Japanese website for the Naisho no Tsubomi original video animation has started streaming a promotional video (500K or 1MB bandwidth) on February 6. A wallpaper for personal computers has already been posted at the beginning of the month. The three volumes will ship monthly from April 25 to June 27.
Yū Yabuuchi (Aqua Age, Shōjo Shōnen) draws the original, critically acclaimed manga about a fifth-grade girl named Tsubomi who deals with issues such as her mother's pregnancy, her first period, and budding feelings for boys. This "girls' sex education" manga (and its mebae prequel) has been running in Shogakukan's Shōgaku Yonnensei and Shōgaku Gonensei (literally, "Elementary Fourth-Grader" and "Elementary Fifth- Grader") magazines. The anime adaptation was announced in July.
